About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges related to data and AI
- Assess business problems with structured thinking to support business and product strategy
- Develop rigorous, fact-based, quantitative analysis
- Produce presentation materials and reports
- Draft product stories, case studies, and market updates
- Support defining and communicating Data & AI strategy
- Contribute to company-wide data and AI business strategy, investment, policy development, and marketplace execution initiatives
- Collaborate with Visa teams in a dynamic global environment
- Present project achievements, insights, and recommendations to Visa leaders and stakeholders
Requirements
What you’ll need- Student pursuing a Bachelor's or Master’s Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or related field
- Graduation date between December 2027 and August 2028
- Strong communication skills with clear, concise written and spoken communications
- No repeated grammatical or typographical errors
- Strong interest in management consulting and/or corporate strategy
- Passion for data and emerging technologies, especially AI
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret complex data
- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, data analytics tools and software, and generative AI tools
- Strong interest in payments, commerce and financial services
- Strong ability to collaborate
- Highly driven, resourceful and results oriented
- Must be authorized to work in the United States; Visa will not sponsor work visas
- Ability to travel 5–10% of the time
- Digital fluency, including ability to work with emerging technologies such as ChatGPT and Microsoft Copilot
