About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Support the development and execution of strategic initiatives that advance AI-led transformation across Client Services
Conduct research and analysis to help identify opportunities, evaluate tradeoffs, and inform strategic decisions
Partner with Product Managers and other teams to develop compelling narratives that articulate the value and impact of AI & Automation Solutions capabilities
Develop executive presentations and communications for a variety of leadership and client-facing audiences
Contribute to portfolio reporting and performance tracking efforts, helping improve visibility into priorities, milestones, risks, and business outcomes
Drive continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to streamline and modernize team workflows through the use of AI tools

Requirements

What you’ll need

5 or more years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor's Degree or at least 2 years of work experience with an Advanced degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD)
Analytical mindset with strong structured problem-solving capabilities
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to distill complex topics into clear, compelling messages
Experience conducting research and analysis to support strategic decision-making
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment
Effective stakeholder management and collaboration skills, with the ability to work across diverse teams and functions
Experience using data and analytics to evaluate performance and generate insights
Interest in AI, automation, and emerging technologies
This position requires travel 5-10% of the time
