About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Partner with the North America Chief of Staff on high-priority executive requests from planning through delivery
Lead the Regional President’s priority initiatives end-to-end
Drive surge work and critical executive priorities through resolution
Quarterback standing regional initiatives, including early careers pipeline, location and office strategy, and Business Operations workstreams
Maintain cross-functional client plans and support rapid mobilization across regional clients
Act as PMO during major moments to connect teams and move work forward
Partner on NextGen BizOps initiatives introducing applied AI workflows into business teams
Identify and reshape BizOps ways of working through AI and streamlined processes
Frame business questions, conduct analysis, shape strategy, and drive cross-functional execution
Advise senior executives and deliver meaningful business impact

Requirements

What you’ll need

10 or more years of work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree OR at least 8 years of work experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters/MBA/JD/MD) OR at least 3 years of work experience with a PhD
Preferred: 12 or more years of work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree OR 8–10 years of experience with an Advanced Degree OR 6+ years of work experience with a PhD
Ability to independently own several initiatives in parallel
Ability to build structure, plans, and repeatable approaches from zero
Experience using AI tools as a core part of work
Sharp analytical and communication skills
Ability to ramp quickly on new topics and teams
Business understanding of Visa’s business and clients, or ability to learn quickly
Composure, judgment, and attention to detail under pressure
Strong people skills, influencing skills, and stakeholder relationship-building
Executive presence
Low ego and high impact orientation
Ability to handle highly sensitive information professionally and confidentially
Expert in Microsoft Office, including advanced Excel and design-worthy PowerPoint presentations
Ability to travel 5–10% of the time
