About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Shape and deliver the product experience for Visa’s Talent Management platforms, primarily Workday Talent modules including Performance and related external systems
  • Translate business needs into requirements and scalable capabilities
  • Develop user understanding, evaluate tradeoffs, prioritize enhancements, and drive delivery of solutions for talent, performance, succession, objective setting, and employee development
  • Contribute to product direction and identify opportunities to improve employee and leader experiences
  • Create user stories, acceptance criteria, and solution designs; configure, test, release, and maintain Talent Management capabilities
  • Partner with COE subject matter experts, HR, IT, vendors, and business stakeholders to define scope, prioritize requirements, manage dependencies and tradeoffs, and drive initiatives from discovery through launch
  • Contribute to the product roadmap to improve usability, adoption, efficiency, and employee and leader experience
  • Build stakeholder relationships, identify issues, clarify business outcomes, and provide solutions-focused support
  • Communicate complex topics into concise decisions and actions for global technical and business stakeholders
  • Facilitate user acceptance testing, including test case development, execution, documentation, and feedback synthesis
  • Evaluate Workday releases, assess impact, and recommend enhancements
  • Maintain and update the agile delivery board for sprint planning and execution

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 5 or more years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor’s degree, or at least 2 years of work experience with an advanced degree (e.g., Master’s, MBA, JD, MD), or 0 years of experience with a PhD
  • 2+ years’ experience configuring Workday Talent Management modules including performance & talent reviews, feedback, Career Hub, succession planning
  • Experience with Workday business processes, custom reports, security, calculated fields, EIBs, and dashboards
  • 3+ years’ total Workday configuration or technical HRIS experience
  • Experience supporting Talent Management processes in a global organization
  • Exceptional communication and customer-facing skills; able to interact effectively with diverse groups of global stakeholders, both technical and business users
  • Experience working with Jira and familiarity with Agile delivery methods
  • Demonstrated ability to build relationships, actively listen, and deliver customer-focused solutions
  • Strong follow-through and ability to drive resolution of complex system issues
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills, with attention to detail and accuracy
  • Workday Pro Certification(s) in Talent modules preferred
  • Ability to work at least 3 days in office
  • Ability to travel 5-10% of the time
