About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Plan and execute change initiatives from current state to target solution
- Lead cross-functional teams comprising Visa, client, and third-party resources
- Provide visibility into progress, dependencies, risks, and outcomes
- Engage and manage key stakeholders
- Ensure collaboration and integration within change initiatives
- Support realization of clients’ business objectives, needs, and plans
- Identify opportunities, position Visa solutions, create client value, and support sales efforts
- Identify improvements in ways of working
- Provide thought leadership and contribute to projects shaping the future of payments and retail banking
- Coordinate with Visa Hub teams to provide support, information, and best practices
- Lead complex card and payment implementation, development, and migration projects
- Support broader VCA consulting and commercial activities across the Nordics and other markets
Requirements
What you’ll need- Understanding of card and payment products and the wider payments ecosystem
- Strong interest in digital payment innovation and emerging technologies
- Management consulting background
- Relevant management consulting experience within payments or financial services
- Proven ability to lead complex business and technology projects end to end
- Previous experience liaising between business and technical teams
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including engagement with senior executives
- Ability to manage project dependencies and associated risks
- Experience in transformation and business readiness
- Ability to manage and support project team members
- Proven experience with delivery techniques, methodologies, and best practices, including Waterfall and Agile
- Fluent in English and Danish, verbally and in writing
- Proficiency in another Nordic language is an advantage
