About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Provide quantitative and qualitative analyses to identify and vet opportunities to drive Visa’s revenue
  • Develop pricing and deal constructs for acceptance agreements with merchants and payment service providers
  • Manage deal lifecycle and deal management, including business case development, stakeholder impact assessments, internal management approvals, contract negotiation support, and post-deal execution operations
  • Work with product, finance, legal, sales, and other cross-functional teams on deals and strategic initiatives
  • Build and maintain business landscape knowledge for pricing initiatives
  • Communicate recommendations and build support among business leaders
  • Participate in continuous training with other functions in the Interchange & Pricing Strategy team

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 2 or more years of work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree or an Advanced Degree
  • Superior analytical, financial modeling, and problem-solving skills
  • Demonstrated intellectual and analytical rigor
  • Ability to handle multiple project work streams
  • Proven success synthesizing large data sets related to a wide variety of functional business problems
  • Ability to work independently in a complex and often ambiguous environment
  • Ability to build rigorous, fact-based analyses supporting recommendations to senior management and executive management
  • Eagerness to work intensively in joint teams with personnel of all levels
  • Ability to clearly communicate compelling messages in written and verbal communications
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • SQL experience
  • Ability to travel 5–10% of the time
