About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage and support key regulatory project workstreams from planning through implementation
- Define and track milestones, deliverables and timelines
- Coordinate with Operations, Product, Technology, Finance and other cross-functional stakeholders
- Review billing systems, processes and controls using historical financial, operational and transactional data
- Develop and maintain process documentation, business requirements, procedures and supporting materials
- Align review methodology with Global teams and provide feedback and track actions for Visa Europe
- Analyze client-submitted data for completeness and accuracy
- Evaluate exceptions, identify trends and summarize findings across clients and products
- Identify low-value operational processes and drive improvements to enhance revenue-process efficiency and productivity
- Participate in or lead projects involving system design and functionality changes
Requirements
What you’ll need- Understanding of financial and operational controls in a high-volume reporting environment, with high reliance on IT systems, automated and manual controls
- Inquisitive and possess natural curiosity to challenge current practices
- Ability to analyze data, existing processes, people and technology challenges to identify issues and opportunities for improvement
- Demonstrated experience participating in standardization and continuous improvement of existing processes and controls to achieve successful end-to-end reporting
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate concisely and persuasively across regional and/or functional lines
- Advanced Excel skills
- Experience using databases and/or Business Intelligence software, ideally Power BI
- Experience identifying and implementing process improvements through automation, analytics and AI-enabled solutions
