About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Ensure the security and safety of application services and platforms

Requirements
What you’ll need- 10+ years of relevant work experience
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science
- 8+ years of experience with JAVA and J2EE applications
- Deep understanding of REST and SOAP Web Services technologies
- 4+ years of experience managing applications on Docker containers and AWS, GCP, or Azure cloud platforms
- Knowledge of Generative AI capabilities and use cases
- Prior experience working in 24x7 environments
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong oral and written communication abilities
- Proficiency in troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, application design, and implementing major components for large projects
- Experience building tools to automate production support activities
- Knowledge of monitoring tools
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Ability to work with a global team
