About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead a team of Analysts delivering end-to-end order-to-cash tasks and processes, including for newly acquired entities
- Lead and deliver projects and revenue integrations, including for newly acquired entities
- Lead process simplification and alignment of policies and processes
- Own aspects of monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes
- Implement and maintain mechanisms and forums for reviews, decision-making, and management escalations
- Review and approve journals, perform balance sheet reconciliations, and analyze balance sheet flux
- Support identification, evaluation, and resolution of billing issues with Technology, Finance Systems Strategy, product owners, and clients
- Review and challenge existing processes and documentation
- Design, document, and execute optimal end-state processes to drive continuous improvement
- Communicate ideas and recommendations clearly and proactively with all levels of management
- Lead and nurture talent within the team and wider organization
Requirements
What you’ll need- Solid work experience in finance and revenue operations
- Strong understanding of financial and operational controls in a high-volume transactional environment with heavy reliance on IT systems
- Strong experience leading and developing teams, supporting planning, prioritisation, and competing deadlines
- Demonstrated experience with improvement methodologies such as Lean Six Sigma, BPR, and BPM
- Proven track record applying improvement methodologies in project or continuous improvement environments
- Strong influencing and interpersonal skills
- Digital fluency, including ability to work with Generative AI tools such as ChatGPT and Microsoft Copilot
- Ability to work independently in complex and changing environments and meet operational deadlines
