Lead a team responsible for reviewing business requirements and developing functional and technical design documentation
Design and implement testing procedures for APIs, abstractions, and integration patterns, including end-to-end and integration tests
Participate in design reviews and provide input on requirements, product designs, schedules, and potential issues
Ensure team productivity, predictability, and delivery of high-quality results
Review code and maintain accountability for the team’s development and testing activities
Participate in proof of concepts and technical evaluations of new technologies
Foster a collaborative environment so the team meets business needs and delivers robust solutions

Requirements

What you’ll need

8+ years of relevant work experience and a Bachelors degree, OR 11+ years of relevant work experience
Experience in managing distributed computing challenges
Experience in fostering team collaboration and meeting business needs
Experience in delivering robust solutions in a fast-paced environment
Experience in integrating emerging technologies into software engineering practices
Experience in reviewing business requirements and developing technical documentation
Experience in designing and implementing testing procedures for APIs and integration patterns
Experience in participating in design reviews and providing input on product designs and schedules
Experience in leading teams to ensure productivity and high-quality delivery
Experience in code review and accountability for development/testing activities
Experience in technical evaluations and proof of concepts for new technologies
Digital fluency, including ability to work with Generative AI tools such as ChatGPT and Microsoft Copilot
Ability to travel 5–10% of the time
