About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Design, develop, test, and maintain software solutions for the Control Center platform
Contribute to authentication, authorization, audit logging, and other security-related platform services
Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers to deliver customer-focused solutions
Participate in architecture discussions, code reviews, and technical design activities
Troubleshoot and resolve production issues while maintaining high availability and reliability
Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code following engineering best practices
Improve application performance, observability, security, and developer experience
Support CI/CD processes and promote automation across the software development lifecycle
Participate in Agile ceremonies, sprint planning, and technical estimations
Monitor and improve system health, reliability, and scalability
Document technical solutions and share knowledge with team members

Requirements

What you’ll need

Must be based in Brazil
Proficiency in English at B2 level or above (Upper-Intermediate)
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience, or 2+ years of experience in software development
Experience with Golang and/or React
Experience building and consuming RESTful APIs and microservices
Experience working with Agile development methodologies
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
Familiarity with observability tools, monitoring, and logging solutions such as Grafana
Familiarity with databases such as MySQL, Aurora, Cockroach, DynamoDB, MongoDB, and distributed systems concepts
Familiarity with Terraform or other IaC tools
Familiarity with Git and version control workflows
Understanding of AWS services such as SQS, SNS, DynamoDB, S3, and EventBridge
Understanding of authentication and authorization concepts, including OAuth, OpenID Connect, and SSO
Understanding of microservices and micro frontend architectures
Experience developing, maintaining, and supporting backend services and/or web applications in production environments
Experience supporting and troubleshooting production systems
Solid understanding of software engineering principles, design patterns, and object-oriented programming
Strong problem-solving and communication skills
