About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Administer and support multiple global equity plans, including Performance Stock, Restricted Stock, Stock Units, Non-Qualified Stock Options, and Employee Stock Purchase Plans (ESPP)
  • Process equity transactions such as grants, vesting, exercises, lapses, and cancellations
  • Support payroll and tax reporting related to equity events
  • Maintain equity records across third-party stock plan administration platforms
  • Partner with Legal, Tax, Payroll, Accounting, Audit, Financial Reporting, and Human Resources
  • Support insider trading compliance programs, including monitoring blackout periods and trading activity
  • Assist with SEC filings, 10b5-1 plans, stock ownership guideline compliance, and Section 16 reporting
  • Coordinate with transfer agents and third-party administrators to ensure timely trade settlement and reconciliation of DWAC and transfer agent activity
  • Maintain stock plan documentation supporting internal controls and SOX compliance
  • Prepare and support employee communications related to equity compensation programs
  • Respond to employee inquiries and coordinate issue resolution with internal teams and external vendors
  • Identify opportunities to improve equity-program processes, controls, and employee experiences
  • Perform other duties related to administration and enhancement of equity programs

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 2 or more years of work experience with a bachelor’s degree or an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD, or PhD)
  • Minimum 3 years of experience administering equity compensation programs at a public company
  • Experience supporting global equity programs and multiple equity award types
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
  • Experience with HRIS platforms
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Customer-service mindset with excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Exceptionally detail-oriented, resourceful, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Demonstrated ability to identify and implement process improvements
  • Certified Equity Professional (CEP) designation is a plus
  • Ability to travel 5-10% of the time
