About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Own monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting processes for assigned entities and business areas
Ensure completeness of accruals and prepayments, accurate cost allocation, and capitalization of expenses
Review, reconcile, and validate financial data
Analyse results, challenge data, and explain variances against budget
Present financial performance insights and cost analysis to management
Perform ad-hoc analysis as required
Prepare documentation and analysis for external auditors with Financial Accounting
Support controls, checkpoints, documentation, compliance, and governance
Review contracts and provide feasibility analysis for commercial and operational decisions
Identify, document, and present cost-saving opportunities and efficiency improvements
Document, standardize, and update finance processes and procedures
Improve reporting workflows to increase efficiency and reduce manual effort
Collaborate with global finance teams, support colleagues, and share best practices

Requirements

What you’ll need

Experience in a finance business partner, FP&A, or commercial finance role
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and challenge financial data
Proficiency in Excel
Experience with reporting and visualization tools is an advantage
Solid understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting cycles
Commercial awareness with the ability to assess contract and cost implications
Proactive, detail-driven, and solutions-focused mindset
Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a collaborative, global team
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities
Experience in aviation is preferred
