About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Report to the Head of OCC
Maintain a full tactical overview of the whole fleet
Update and maintain the daily tactical log
Manage aircraft movement control
Track and monitor flights
Handle irregular operations, including delays, diversions, last-minute changes, and other schedule-impacting irregularities
Monitor crew briefing acknowledgements and make crew activations/wake-up calls according to VistaJet procedures
Monitor ATFM restrictions
Re-route flights
Manage ground arrangements and pending permits for the day of flight
Manage close-out messages and ETA updates to CBP
Manage ATS flight plans
Monitor weather conditions
Work a 24/7 OCC shift pattern of four consecutive 12-hour day and night shifts followed by four consecutive days off

Requirements

What you’ll need

In-depth knowledge of the Business Aviation environment, ideally in Flight Dispatch or Flight Planning
Ability to maintain accuracy and strong attention to detail under pressure
Ability to deliver punctually while working under pressure
Excellent English language skills for clear stakeholder communication
