About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Assist the donor care team in setting up blood drives at locations within a 200-mile range
- Create comfortable, convenient, and consistent blood donation experiences for donors
- Greet donors, keeping them comfortable and informed
- Perform blood draws
- Manage accurate and organized donor information
Requirements
What you’ll need- High School Diploma or GED - Required
- Active driver's license with a clean driving record - Required
- Ability to travel as required
- Able to lift 40 pounds - Required
- Phlebotomy experience is optional; training provided
