About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Develop and maintain Vitalant's enterprise Organizational Change Management strategy, methodology, standards, tools, and governance practices
  • Establish scalable change management approaches supporting strategic initiatives and transformation efforts
  • Assess organizational change maturity and readiness and strengthen change leadership capabilities
  • Advise executive sponsors and senior leaders on change impacts, readiness, risks, and adoption strategies
  • Facilitate stakeholder alignment and build cross-functional partnerships
  • Oversee change impact assessments, readiness assessments, stakeholder analyses, and adoption planning
  • Identify and mitigate organizational risks, resistance, and adoption barriers
  • Establish metrics, dashboards, and reporting frameworks for readiness, adoption, utilization, engagement, and business outcomes
  • Analyze organizational data and present data-driven recommendations to executives and initiative leaders
  • Manage change capacity, dependencies, competing priorities, cumulative impacts, prioritization, sequencing, governance, and resource planning across the enterprise portfolio
  • Partner with Organizational Development and Learning teams to build change management and leadership capabilities
  • Lead, coach, and develop Organizational Change Management team members, including performance management, resource allocation, and professional development
  • Recruit and retain change professionals and ensure quality and consistency of OCM services and deliverables
  • Lead communities of practice and ambassador networks and serve as an internal consultant
  • Perform duties in compliance with organizational policies, procedures, and applicable regulations

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Organizational Development, Organizational Psychology, Human Resources, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Professional certification in change management, project management, business analysis, or related disciplines is required
  • Acceptable certifications include Prosci Change Practitioner, Certified Change Management Professional (CCMP), Project Management Professional (PMP), Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP), Lean, Agile, ITIL, or related professional certifications
  • Minimum of eight (8) years of progressively responsible experience in organizational change management, organizational development, business transformation, or related disciplines
  • Minimum of three (3) years leading enterprise-scale change initiatives with executive-level stakeholder engagement
  • Experience advising senior leaders on organizational impacts, implementation risks, adoption strategies, and transformation outcomes
  • Experience developing and implementing organizational change methodologies, governance processes, and adoption frameworks
  • Experience developing metrics, dashboards, scorecards, and executive reporting tools
  • Experience analyzing organizational and operational data to inform business decisions
  • Experience leading cross-functional initiatives in complex, multi-stakeholder environments
  • Experience managing, mentoring, or leading change practitioners or consulting resources
  • Expert knowledge of organizational change management principles, methodologies, and tools
  • Strategic thinking and business acumen with the ability to align change initiatives to organizational objectives
  • Strong leadership, coaching, and team development capabilities
  • Ability to influence without direct authority and build credibility across all levels of the organization
