About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Coordinate performance tracking and analyze KPI measures and tracking data
  • Identify drivers behind performance trends and opportunities to improve efficiency, effectiveness, and scale across the eCommerce system
  • Analyze large, complex datasets across sales, web, marketing, and catalog sources
  • Build a unified view of eCommerce performance
  • Identify, quantify, and prioritize issues and opportunities across disparate data sources
  • Present clear findings and narratives to senior leadership and cross-functional audiences
  • Improve site search discoverability
  • Monitor and report on organic search performance to guide SEO strategy
  • Build and manage customer segments to grow LTV and repeat purchase
  • Use seasonal and segment-level sales trends to inform promotional planning
  • Partner with Analytics, Product, Marketing, and Customer Success
  • Build and maintain dashboards and reporting workflows
  • Leverage AI-powered tools to work efficiently and surface insights faster
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 2–4 years of experience in eCommerce, digital marketing, or a related field
  • Experience with conversion and funnel analysis, and using findings to implement improvements that improve sales performance
  • Working knowledge of eCommerce sales drivers: conversion, AOV, traffic channels, catalogue quality, and customer retention
  • Proficiency with BI and reporting tools, such as Looker, Tableau, Power BI, and Excel
  • Experience working across web, sales, marketing, and catalogue data sources to build a cohesive view of business performance
  • Strong cross-functional communication and stakeholder alignment skills
  • Preferred: Experience with Google Analytics 4 and/or Google Ads
  • Preferred: Familiarity with SEO tools and best practices, such as Search Console, SEMrush, and Ahrefs
  • Preferred: Experience with customer segmentation or CRM/marketing platforms
  • Preferred: Familiarity with AI-powered analytics or productivity tools, such as Copilot, ChatGPT, and AI-assisted BI features
