About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
- Receive and respond to customer requests through the inbound call queue and support ticketing systems
- Provide an effortless customer experience by asking questions and actively listening
- Provide Tier 1 support for standard and recurring configuration issues, including password resets and basic solution questions
- Provide one-on-one training for new and existing customers as needed
- Apply internal and security tools or processes to assess customer records and electronic information
- Document customer inquiries, status, and resolution
- Refer complex, unexpected, or recurring issues to internal experts
- Work across teams and follow up with customers to resolve issues satisfactorily
- Address fulfillment, billing, account management, technical, and configuration issues
- Develop and maintain positive customer relations
Requirements
What you’ll need- High school diploma or equivalent
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree is a plus
- Basic Kentucky Title and Registration knowledge
- Proven customer support or client service experience
- Strong phone and email contact handling skills
- Active listening skills
- Familiarity with CRM systems and practices, preferred
- Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of personalities
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Experience in title, registration, DMV, or dealership, preferred
- Technical support experience is preferred
- Must be prepared for variable shifts, possibly including nights and weekends
- Ability to work Monday–Friday shifts primarily
