About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Help customers via an inbound call queue, support ticketing systems, and/or established customer engagement channels.
  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
  • Receive and respond to customer requests through inbound call queues and support ticketing systems.
  • Ask questions and actively listen to understand customer issues while demonstrating respect and concern.
  • Provide Tier 1 support for standard and recurring configuration issues, including password resets and basic solution questions.
  • Provide one-on-one training for new and/or existing customers as needed.
  • Apply internal and security tools or processes to assess customer records or electronic information.
  • Document customer inquiries, status, and resolution.
  • Work across teams and follow up with customers to resolve issues satisfactorily.
  • Refer complex, unexpected, or recurring issues to internal experts.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's or Bachelor's degree is a plus.
  • Possess Basic Kentucky Title and Registration knowledge
  • Proven customer support or client service experience.
  • Strong phone, email contact handling skills and active listening.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and practices, preferred.
  • Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of personalities.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
  • Experience in title, registration, DMV, or dealership, preferred.
  • Technical support experience is preferred.
  • Must be prepared for variable shifts, possibly including nights and weekends, to accommodate new state legislation.
