About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Partner with the Medical Recruiter, Contingent Staffing to maintain facility sheets and send them to agencies when needs open internally
  • Set up and take notes for Risk Assessment calls for locums, Ambassador, Reservist, Champions, or Site Incentives requests
  • Verify pay, travel, lodging and other submitted expenses on Locums invoices and submit for approval through Coupa
  • Assist with name clears, candidate screening, reference checks, and preliminary screening of prospects
  • Follow up on leads by phone, email, or text
  • Identify, research and source contacts for cold calls
  • Provide site and position information to candidates and explain Vituity as needed
  • Screen candidates and work with the Medical Recruiter, Contingent Staffing to present them to Hiring Managers
  • Complete placements and add sites moving candidates forward to onboarding
  • Follow up on onboarding timelines and candidate paperwork
  • Send and complete reference checks through DocuSign
  • Maintain and update candidate records in Taleo and Phenom; obtain reports, searches and listings
  • Review application status and maintain regular contact with agencies and candidates
  • Work with Talent Sourcing and Operations on email/text campaigns to identify new candidates
  • Stay current on practice site and Vituity policies and procedures
  • Complete special projects as needed
  • Source passive candidates through networking, cold calling, social media, internet searches and research
  • Source active candidates from online databases, contact lists, internal databases and employee referrals

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 1-2 years of recent Recruiting experience is required
  • Experience with Taleo is preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree in related field of study is preferred
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite for Windows, Internet and expertise with database management
  • Knowledge of basic Human Resource principles and best practices in Recruiting
  • Ability to work both independently and in a team oriented, collaborative environment
  • Ability to juggle priorities in a rapidly growing, professional, service orientated environment
  • Excellent verbal, written and in-person communication skills
  • Strong organization, planning and time management skills
  • Excellent customer service skills and strong follow-through skills with all clients internal and external
