About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Develop comprehensive sourcing lists and pipelines through complex internet searches, online resident databases, and social media
  • Use LinkedIn, medical databases, social networks, and internet searches to identify and attract clinical professionals and qualified candidates
  • Document sourcing activities and update lead and candidate information in CRM and ATS systems
  • Utilize AI technology to manage and update recruiting bots
  • Create and deploy targeted recruitment campaigns through email, SMS, and call outreach
  • Triage and respond promptly and professionally to candidate inquiries
  • Develop and execute targeted recruitment campaigns with recruiting managers
  • Implement and optimize job board strategies
  • Participate in trade shows and job fairs to promote the Vituity brand and capture candidate leads
  • Build relationships with schools and educational programs to strengthen the talent pipeline
  • Oversee company referral programs and manage employee referrals
  • Integrate event and trade show leads into sourcing strategies and maintain relationships
  • Coordinate trade show lead collection and outreach
  • Manage SRW candidate registration
  • Generate site flyers with current information and site statistics
  • Collaborate with the TSO manager on tasks supporting the TSO’s success

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 2-3 years of experience working in recruiting administration, marketing, or sales required
  • Previous sourcing or data mining experience strongly preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree in related field of study is preferred
  • Ability to adapt and work with multiple operational systems
  • Strong competency with various computer programs and technological skills
  • Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Customer service oriented
  • Ability to build and maintain effective relationships
  • Ability to stay nimble in a fast-changing environment
  • Well-versed in MS Office Suite for Windows, Internet, and database management
  • Ability to work both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
