About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Reconcile payments made by self-paying patients
  • Monitor and control receivables by invoice and billing document
  • Identify inconsistencies and resolve outstanding financial matters directly with patients and/or family members
  • Follow up on outstanding balances by email, telephone, and in-person service
  • Keep accounts receivable records up to date, supporting cash flow forecasting and control
  • Assist with monthly financial closing processes and internal audits

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • High school diploma required (ongoing higher education will be considered an advantage)
  • Previous experience in collections and accounts receivable, preferably in the healthcare sector
  • Intermediate proficiency in Excel and financial management systems
  • Familiarity with the Tasy system will be a significant advantage
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a solution-oriented and empathetic approach
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and availability for in-person service and travel when necessary
