About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Contact customers by phone, email, or other channels to negotiate outstanding debts
- Issue payment slips, invoices, and other collection documents
- Track collection status and update records in the system
- Monitor due dates and send payment reminders
- Record agreements and payment plans made with customers
- Support payment reconciliation and identify outstanding issues
Requirements
What you’ll need- High school diploma required (technical training in Business Administration or a related field is preferred)
