About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Prepare performance and KPI analyses
- Develop forecasts and capacity studies
- Build dashboards and executive presentations
- Develop action plans based on KPIs
- Conduct variance and opportunity analyses
- Participate in strategic projects within the department
- Propose improvements to processes and controls
- Support managers in interpreting results
- Ensure the quality of the information provided
- Prepare and adjust demand forecasts and replenishment parameters for each distribution center (DC)
- Conduct structured data analyses
- Analyze service levels (OTIF, stockouts, availability, and accuracy) and propose actions to reduce inventory shortages and excess stock
- Lead inventory balancing and transfers between distribution centers, optimizing inventory coverage and costs
- Monitor supplier performance and support supply recovery plans
Requirements
What you’ll need- Intermediate to advanced Excel skills
- PowerPoint
- Power BI (preferred)
- Knowledge of performance indicators
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field
