Key responsibilities & impact

Monitor DTEs and other electronic channels, identifying tax summonses, notices, and communications and forwarding them to the appropriate parties.
Track deadlines and follow up on responses to tax audits, summonses, and requests from tax authorities.
Monitor the issuance and renewal of tax clearance certificates, identify outstanding issues, and support the maintenance of the Group companies’ tax compliance.
Organize and consolidate documents and supporting information required for tax audits and the preparation of tax defenses.
Research tax legislation, case law, and administrative and judicial precedents to support the Tax team’s analyses and requests.
Update the department’s controls, indicators, and systems, including the monitoring of deadlines, audits, certificates, and other outstanding matters.
Support the preparation of management reports and flag critical situations to management.

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree completed or in progress in Law, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
Experience with tax routines, administrative tax litigation, tax compliance, or related activities.
Basic knowledge of tax legislation.
Familiarity with tax authority portals, DTEs, deadline tracking, and document organization.
Intermediate Excel skills.
Basic knowledge of Power BI.
Knowledge of or experience with Projuris is a plus.
Organized and analytical profile, strong attention to deadlines, and excellent communication and follow-up skills.
