Key responsibilities & impact

Monitor results by channel, ensuring accurate analyses and a regular update routine for tracking materials
Create and update reports and dashboards to monitor performance indicators and commercial initiatives by product and channel
Define and improve processes and tools for tracking results
Represent management and the needs of the SMB segment in strategic projects related to commercial activity and productivity
Prepare executive presentations and materials to support management and decision-making

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree completed
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and advanced SQL knowledge
Knowledge of SFA, Tableau, and Power BI
Strong verbal and written communication skills for presenting materials in executive forums
Strong analytical skills, with solid experience in diagnosing the current situation, identifying root causes, and developing structured action plans to reverse trends and project results
Organized and results-oriented
Ability to synthesize information and apply logical reasoning
Strong interpersonal skills, with negotiation and conflict management abilities
Knowledge of Vivo’s portfolio and processes (Telecom and Digital) is a plus
