About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Consolidate information and status updates on the department’s initiatives
- Support the organization of schedules, tracking tools, and delivery follow-up
- Support forecast, budget, and project financial control monitoring
- Follow up on requests related to budget supplements and contract amendments
- Support controls related to contracts and suppliers
- Organize information and documents required for the department’s internal processes
- Support the planning and execution of events, activations, and projects sponsored by Vivo
- Liaise with suppliers and partners involved in projects
- Monitor operational deliveries and support project execution, including on-site work when necessary
- Support the organization of project stages, from planning through execution and closeout
- Support the operations and governance of tickets related to events and sponsorships
- Work on processes related to the Ticket Management System
- Contribute to the organization, control, and monitoring of distributions and initiatives related to Vivo Valoriza
- Keep department records and information organized and up to date
- Support compliance with internal workflows related to projects
- Contribute to improving and organizing the department’s processes
- Support the consolidation of information for leadership review
Requirements
What you’ll need- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Analytical ability to work with budgets, forecasts, contracts, and information tracking
- Strong sense of prioritization and agility
- Hands-on profile, with a willingness to support project planning and execution
