Key responsibilities & impact

Support operational continuity processes by following established procedures and escalation protocols
Promote actions to ensure inventory integrity and network availability and quality
Perform automated and accurate event creation and contribute to the efficient correlation of faults
Contribute to rapid diagnostics and effective communication of impacts
Collaborate with Engineering, Deployment, Technology, Operations, and Planning teams
Contribute to the resolution of incidents and operational requests
Prepare operational reports and update performance indicators
Participate in operational meetings and continuous improvement initiatives
Focus on results management and meeting delivery, quality, and operational performance targets

Requirements

What you’ll need

Completed or ongoing higher education in Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related fields
Basic knowledge of mobile telecommunications networks
Familiarity with 2G, 3G, 4G, and 5G technologies, including their main characteristics and differences
Basic knowledge of telecommunications networks, mobile network architecture, and connectivity concepts
Familiarity with mobile network performance and quality indicators
Intermediate SQL knowledge is desirable
Basic to intermediate Python knowledge for automation and data processing is desirable
Intermediate English, with the ability to read and understand technical documentation
Adaptability, commitment to quality, and organizational skills
Teamwork, strong communication skills, and the ability to build good working relationships
Initiative to implement new ideas
Proactivity and willingness to learn
Strong sense of responsibility and commitment to service continuity
