About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Guide and implement the experience across apps, websites, and digital channels based on design principles and product requirements
Expand and detail interfaces in line with Design System team guidelines
Create documentation covering the behavior, micro-interactions, and animations of interface components
Create high- and low-fidelity prototypes to clarify interactions and user flows
Create engaging, usable, and effective interaction and visual design solutions that meet customer needs
Use business requirements, usability findings, and market research to develop scenarios, use cases, and high-level requirements
Participate in user testing and/or guerrilla testing
Create responsive and native experiences, flows, user journeys, scenarios, conceptual sketches, and prototypes
Develop and foster cross-team and cross-disciplinary relationships to promote collaboration and efficiency
Champion an excellent customer experience, including attention to detail
Join a multidisciplinary Product Design team in driving Vivo’s digital transformation

Requirements

What you’ll need

Experience designing apps and websites
Portfolio required, including links to Behance or Dribbble
Examples of successful projects demonstrating an understanding of design principles, visual language, and interaction
Experience with Sketch, InVision, Principle, ProtoPie, and/or other prototyping and interaction tools
Ability to adapt to creating and defining systems
Knowledge of interface patterns and strong attention to detail
Ability to produce polished, highly finished, professional work
Strong understanding of user experience and interaction principles across mobile devices and desktop environments
Knowledge of Design Thinking, Design Ops, Design Systems, and Style Guides
Motion design knowledge is a plus
Interest in design trends, innovation, and interaction
