About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Catalog and identify process data that contributes to the stability and performance of IT systems
Comply with the requirements of the Occupational Health and Safety Management System and participate in its programs
Understand and apply Telefônica’s Environmental Policy in daily activities
Operate billing cycles in the B2B Billing environment
Monitor, plan, execute, and control cycle routines
Administer the end-to-end billing environment
Implement CHGs and take preventive action against failures and aborts
Plan, monitor, and execute all stages of the billing cycle
Ensure compliance with execution windows and the quality of results
Identify and address aborts, failures, and performance degradation
Monitor the performance of jobs, servers, tables, and processing volumes
Propose improvements in automation, performance, and reliability
Validate and ensure the integrity of processed data
Assess, prepare, and execute CHGs related to the Billing environment
Prepare evidence, scripts, and rollback plans
Work with support teams, project teams, and change management
Create and maintain execution and monitoring standards
Report incidents, cycle status, deviations, and operational risks
Work in accordance with SLAs and KPIs
Propose permanent solutions and prioritize improvements with squads

Requirements

What you’ll need

Experience with Java, PL/SQL, and Python databases
Experience with programming languages
Intermediate English for interaction with suppliers
Availability and flexibility to participate in on-call rotations and occasional activities outside regular working hours
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or other IT-related fields (preferred)
Knowledge of Billing systems (a plus)
Experience in data manipulation and analysis (preferred)
