About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Deploy and support Cisco Nexus, Catalyst 9000, OSPF, and BGP
- Deploy and support Cisco ACI
- Configure and troubleshoot routing on Cisco ISR and ASR devices
- Plan and implement products, architectures, and solutions purchased by clients, supporting the Pre-Sales team in solution design
- Analyze proposals and technical documentation, identifying inconsistencies and questions
- Participate in kickoff meetings with Sales and client meetings to initiate projects and present next steps
- Plan project implementations by documenting current and future environments and service delivery phases
- Develop tests and prepare project completion documentation for acceptance testing and future reference
- Support the Pre-Sales and Sales teams in aligning timelines and defining architectures
- Share implementation knowledge and experience with the team
- Participate in training programs and maintain and obtain vendor certifications
