Key responsibilities & impact

Provide technical ownership for the support and continuous improvement of approximately 45 security platforms, including firewalls, NGFWs, SD-WAN, load balancers, proxies, VPN, and anti-DDoS solutions
Coordinate 12 frontline analysts
Ensure the availability and performance of the platforms
Plan preventive, enhancement, and adaptive maintenance
Address vulnerabilities and updates
Lead technology upgrade projects
Reduce the backlog
Participate in on-call support outside regular business hours

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field
Experience with information security infrastructure
Valid ITIL® 4 Foundation certification
Valid CompTIA Security+ or CCNA certification
