About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead the 24/7/365 Network and Services Operations Center
Ensure rapid first-line response and incident resolution across the environment
Plan shifts and schedules, including 12x36 or alternative arrangements, with four simultaneous positions per shift
Ensure the handling of incidents, alerts, requests, changes, and patches in the client’s ITSM system
Maintain the NOC management dashboard and knowledge base
Engage administration and governance teams
Be accountable for operational failures

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field
Experience with information security infrastructure
Valid ITIL® 4 Foundation certification
Valid CompTIA Security+ or CCNA certification
NOC/SOC coordination experience (preferred)
Experience with monitoring tools such as Zabbix, PRTG, and SIEM platforms (preferred)
Vendor certifications (preferred)
