About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide support, administration, and continuous improvement for the PULSE Mobile Device Management (MDM) solution
- Ensure environment availability, compliance with agreed service levels, security of managed devices, and fulfillment of the client’s operational needs
- Administer, monitor, and maintain the PULSE MDM platform in full operation
- Perform troubleshooting, validation, and implementation of security policies
- Monitor and ensure compliance with the SLAs established with the client
- Prepare technical documentation, operating procedures, and executive reports
- Liaise with the manufacturer, internal departments, and the client to manage requests and escalations
- Ensure device compliance with the security and governance policies defined by the client
Requirements
What you’ll need- Completed or ongoing higher education in Information Technology, Information Security, Information Systems, Computer Science, Computer Networks, or a related field
- Experience administering and supporting MDM (Mobile Device Management) solutions
- Experience supporting corporate clients and analyzing and resolving incidents and service requests
- Experience working on large-scale projects or in government environments
