About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Drive daily infrastructure support and efficient problem resolution
- Manage LAN, WLAN, WAN, and SD-WAN networks
- Manage monitoring tools, including Zabbix and SolarWinds
- Manage Cisco wireless solutions, including WLC, ISE, CAPWAP, access points, and DNA Center
- Manage the physical infrastructure environment
- Perform RMA procedures
- Administer Cisco switches and routers
- Create firewall rules and troubleshoot traffic using Palo Alto
- Manage change requests (CRs)
- Administer the F5 BIG-IP load balancer LTM, creating nodes, pools, and virtual servers, and troubleshooting at the LTM layer
- Analyze Skyhigh proxy, Arbor DDoS protection, and Tetration solutions
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Technology or a related field
- Experience administering Cisco switches and routers
- Experience with IT infrastructure
- Experience creating firewall rules and troubleshooting traffic using Palo Alto
- Knowledge of change requests (CRs)
- Knowledge of F5 BIG-IP LTM load balancing, including creating nodes, pools, and virtual servers and troubleshooting at the LTM layer
- Knowledge of proxy analysis using Skyhigh
- Knowledge of DDoS protection analysis using Arbor
- Knowledge of Tetration
