About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Generate reports for external and internal clients
- Resolve issues identified in the services provided to clients or engage the appropriate internal teams to address them
- Handle escalations from teams interfacing with internal and external clients by phone or email, seeking to understand the issue and identify definitive or temporary solutions
Requirements
What you’ll need- Completed technical high school education or currently pursuing a higher education degree in Information Technology
- Basic knowledge of TCP/IP and Microsoft Office
- Familiarity with computer networks and connectivity
- Ability to interpret and follow technical procedures
- Strong organizational skills for recording and tracking requests
