About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Ensure that processes, compliance, and security infrastructure enhancement projects meet contractual SLAs, SLOs, and performance indicators
- Coordinate governance teams (A.12–A.15) and build-and-evolve teams (A.18–A.19)
- Oversee performance dashboards, asset lifecycle management, compliance (SOX and audits), and security baselines
- Provide guidance on project planning, POCs, and the implementation of new solutions
- Participate in on-call coverage outside regular business hours
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field
- Professional experience with software infrastructure
- Valid ITIL® 4 Foundation certification
- Valid CompTIA Security+ or CCNA certification
