About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Serve as the technical security authority for telematics networks, with a focus on SD-WAN environments
- Support the definition, implementation, and evolution of controls that ensure the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of information
- Contribute to protecting network infrastructure, preventing risks, and ensuring compliance with corporate security standards
- Analyze security architecture applied to telematics networks and SD-WAN environments, identifying vulnerabilities and proposing improvements
- Support the definition and implementation of security policies, standards, and controls for connectivity, access, and network traffic
- Conduct risk assessments and recommend mitigation measures to protect corporate assets, services, and data
- Monitor network-related security incidents and events, supporting investigation, containment, and remediation
- Liaise with technical teams and business areas to ensure adherence to security guidelines and operational requirements
- Support projects involving the expansion, modernization, and integration of network solutions, incorporating security from the design stage
- Prepare technical documentation, reports, and executive recommendations on security posture and action plans
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Information Security, or a related field
- Proven experience in information security applied to corporate networks and SD-WAN environments
- Solid knowledge of network protocols, segmentation, VPNs, firewalls, and access controls
- Experience with risk analysis, vulnerability management, and security incident response
- Ability to prepare clear, objective technical documentation and executive presentations
- Strong knowledge of security best practices for telecommunications environments and corporate connectivity
- Certifications in information security, networking, or SD-WAN-related technologies and vendors
- Previous experience with network transformation, secure connectivity, or telematics network projects
- Knowledge of monitoring solutions, SIEM, and log analysis
- Experience in large-scale, business-critical corporate environments
- Technical English proficiency for reading documentation and interacting with vendors
- Knowledge of security frameworks and standards applicable to corporate environments
