About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage releases and enable changes, ensuring that deployment processes are carried out with control, traceability, and adherence to the standards defined by the organization
- Ensure coordination between technical and business teams to reduce operational risks, promote environment stability, and support the secure delivery of solutions
- Plan, coordinate, and monitor the release and change lifecycle across production and non-production environments
- Validate prerequisites, execution windows, dependencies, and risks associated with changes
- Ensure communication among the teams involved, aligning them on impacts, timelines, and responsibilities
- Analyze change requests, supporting prioritization and approval in accordance with governance criteria
- Monitor release execution, tracking incidents, deviations, and contingency requirements
- Prepare and maintain records, performance indicators, and management reports on the performance of the processes under this role’s responsibility
- Propose continuous improvements to change and release management workflows, aiming to increase efficiency and operational security
Requirements
What you’ll need- Solid experience in change management, release management, or IT governance processes
- Knowledge of change control practices, risk management, and operational continuity
- Experience working with technical, operations, and business teams in corporate environments
- Analytical skills to assess impacts, dependencies, and request priorities
- Proficiency with process tracking, recording, and control tools
- Bachelor’s degree in a technology-related field, business administration, engineering, or a related discipline
- Knowledge of ITIL and service management best practices
- Experience with performance indicators, audits, and internal controls
- Knowledge of ticketing, change management, or portfolio management tools
