About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Maintain, enhance, and secure the network infrastructure, with a focus on remote access, ensuring the availability, performance, and continuity of corporate services
- Support connectivity operations and projects, ensuring technical requests from the executive leadership team are addressed and aligned with the company’s governance standards
- Administer and monitor the corporate network infrastructure, including remote-access environments
- Configure, maintain, and support connectivity and VPN solutions and network equipment
- Analyze and resolve incidents and problems, ensuring the rapid restoration of services
- Support network infrastructure expansion, improvement, and upgrade projects
- Perform security and access-control routines and apply network best practices
- Prepare technical documentation, diagrams, and operational records for supported environments
- Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to manage requests, incidents, and changes
Requirements
What you’ll need- Extensive experience with corporate network infrastructure and senior-level support
- Advanced knowledge of remote-access solutions, VPNs, and secure connectivity
- Strong command of networking protocols and fundamentals, including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, and routing
- Experience analyzing incidents, troubleshooting, and resolving failures in critical environments
- Ability to work independently with strong organization and prioritization skills while handling multiple requests
- Experience preparing technical documentation and managing changes in production environments
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Networking, Information Systems, or a related field
- Network certifications such as Cisco, Fortinet, MikroTik, or equivalent
- Knowledge of firewalls, load balancers, and perimeter security solutions
- Experience working in high-availability and business-continuity environments
- Knowledge of network-operations automation and scripting for operational support
