About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Deploy and support Cisco Nexus, Catalyst 9K, OSPF, and BGP
- Work with clients on-site or remotely, following plans developed by the technical leads responsible for the projects
- Prepare daily activity reports and the project completion document
- Prepare pre-execution project documentation by gathering data from technical proposals and information about clients’ network environments
- Participate in kickoff meetings, gathering information about network environments and assisting in the validation of the minimum and essential requirements for project execution
- Prepare post-execution project documentation detailing configurations, topology, protocols, software versions, and IP addressing
- Open support tickets and engage technical assistance for hardware and software issues or product bugs
- Configure access to clients’ network environments, analyze applied topologies and technologies, identify potential failures, and propose improvements
- Configure Nexus switches and network core infrastructure
- Configure routing and perform troubleshooting on Cisco ISR and ASR devices
Requirements
What you’ll need- Knowledge of Cisco ACI
- Knowledge of Cisco DNA
- CCNA certification
- Experience with Cisco DNA Center and Viptela SD-WAN
