About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support, enhance, and secure the corporate network infrastructure, with a focus on firewalls, NG firewalls, and SD-WAN solutions
- Ensure high availability, performance, and compliance with information security policies
- Support connectivity operations and projects, contributing to the standardization, automation, and continuous improvement of network environments
- Administer and maintain the corporate network infrastructure
- Analyze, diagnose, and resolve connectivity, performance, and network security incidents and issues
- Implement configurations, adjustments, and optimizations for security rules, policies, and objects on firewalls
- Support projects for the expansion, upgrade, and integration of network environments
- Monitor the availability and performance of network services, taking preventive action to reduce outages
- Document topologies, procedures, changes, and relevant infrastructure configurations
- Collaborate with internal teams and vendors on technical support, incident resolution, and technology improvements
- Participate in change management, maintenance windows, and deployment validation in production environments
Requirements
What you’ll need- Senior-level experience administering corporate networks
- Proven experience with firewalls, NG firewalls, and SD-WAN solutions
- Knowledge of network protocols, routing, switching, and WAN/LAN connectivity
- Experience analyzing and resolving network infrastructure incidents
- Ability to prepare technical documentation and configuration records
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Networking, Computer Science, or a related field
- Availability to work in a corporate environment involving support activities and projects
- Networking and security certifications, such as Cisco, Fortinet, Palo Alto, or equivalent certifications
- Experience automating network routines and developing scripts to support operations
