About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Administer and support the corporate network infrastructure (LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, data centers), ensuring availability and performance
- Manage remote access solutions (VPN, ZTNA/SASE) for corporate users, ensuring secure and stable connectivity
- Configure, monitor, and maintain network equipment (switches, routers, firewalls, load balancers)
- Administer and support SD-WAN/SASE solutions for site-to-site connectivity and remote access
- Troubleshoot connectivity issues (local networks, VPN, site-to-site tunnels, and user remote access)
- Monitor the health of the network infrastructure and proactively prevent incidents
- Manage remote access policies, network segmentation, and traffic control in line with Zero Trust best practices
- Document network topologies, operating procedures, and troubleshooting runbooks
- Contribute to network infrastructure expansion and migration projects
- Support incidents and changes in accordance with formal change management processes
Requirements
What you’ll need- Experience administering network infrastructure (LAN/WAN, switches, routers, and firewalls)
- Hands-on experience with remote access solutions (IPSec/SSL VPN, ZTNA)
- Knowledge of SD-WAN/SASE concepts (architecture, site connectivity, and access policies)
- Knowledge of network protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and dynamic routing — OSPF/BGP)
- Experience troubleshooting network connectivity and remote access issues
- Knowledge of ITIL processes (incident, change, and problem management)
- CCNA or equivalent networking certification (preferred)
- PCNSA/PCNSE or SASE/SD-WAN vendor certifications (preferred)
- ITIL Foundation (preferred)
- Microsoft Security Operations Analyst Associate (SC-200) or equivalent (desirable)
- Cloud infrastructure certifications (AWS/Azure Networking) (preferred)
- Proactive approach to identifying and resolving connectivity issues
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple sites/environments simultaneously
- Excellent communication skills for technical documentation and collaboration with other teams
- Availability to handle critical connectivity incidents in accordance with defined SLAs
