About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support and enhance network infrastructure, focusing on the availability, performance, and security of corporate environments
- Administer and monitor network infrastructure, ensuring stability, performance, and high availability
- Operate and maintain Packet Broker solutions, ensuring proper traffic distribution and support for security and observability tools
- Manage Anti-DDoS platforms, supporting the prevention, detection, and response to denial-of-service attacks
- Analyze incidents, identify root causes, and lead corrective and preventive actions
- Support network infrastructure expansion, modernization, and continuous improvement projects
- Troubleshoot connectivity, routing, switching, and related services in collaboration with internal teams and vendors
- Prepare and maintain technical documentation, operating procedures, and change and incident records
Requirements
What you’ll need- Experience administering networks in a corporate environment
- Experience with Packet Broker solutions and their integration with monitoring, security, or traffic analysis tools
- Experience with Anti-DDoS platforms and network security incident response
- Knowledge of network protocols, routing, switching, and traffic analysis
- Ability to perform root cause analysis and resolve complex incidents
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Networking, Engineering, or a related field
- Availability to work a schedule compatible with critical operational demands
- Network certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, or equivalent
- Knowledge of network routine automation and the use of scripts to support operations
- Experience working in mission-critical environments requiring high availability and SLA compliance
- Experience with ITIL, change management, and incident management processes
- Knowledge of network segmentation, load balancing, and traffic optimization
