About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Administer and maintain Proxy and Content Filtering solutions in a corporate environment
Monitor security events, alerts, and metrics related to network traffic and web browsing
Support the implementation of access, blocking, allowlisting, and content categorization policies
Analyze incidents, investigate anomalies, and handle security events
Participate in projects to improve, expand, and upgrade the network security infrastructure
Prepare technical documentation, operating procedures, and change records
Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to provide support, make adjustments, and resolve issues
Ensure compliance with internal policies, best practices, and regulatory requirements
Support the Executive Board in defining, implementing, and maintaining technical controls for secure internet access, compliance, and risk mitigation

Requirements

What you’ll need

Experience with network infrastructure and network security in a corporate environment
Experience administering Proxy and Content Filtering solutions
Knowledge of network protocols, routing, DNS, HTTP, and HTTPS
Ability to analyze and troubleshoot network and security incidents
Experience with monitoring, logs, and investigation of technical events
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Networking, Information Security, or a related field
Previous experience in large-scale, high-availability environments
Knowledge of security solutions such as Fortinet, Palo Alto, Cisco, or equivalent technologies
Experience integrating web access controls with corporate policies and compliance requirements
Certifications in networking or information security
Experience automating operational processes and driving continuous improvement
Knowledge of risk analysis and incident response
Experience with projects involving the migration, upgrade, or consolidation of security platforms
