About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Join the 24/7 support team for the Porto/Vita contract in a senior capacity
- Provide advanced operational support, ensuring high availability and technical management of strategic assets, including Palo Alto, F5, Proxy, and other technologies in the environment
- Manage LAN/WLAN/WAN/SD-WAN networks
- Manage Zabbix and SolarWinds monitoring tools
- Manage Cisco wireless solutions: WLC/ISE/CAPWAP/APs/DNA Center
- Manage F5 Big-IP LTM load balancers; create nodes, pools, and virtual servers; perform troubleshooting at the LTM layer
- Create firewall rules and troubleshoot traffic on Palo Alto
- Create and execute RDMs
- Provide support for multi-client VPNs
- Provide support for Cisco Umbrella
- Open and follow up on tickets with vendors (TAC)
- Investigate, analyze, and resolve alerts and incidents
- Provide cross-functional support
- Support N1 and N2 teams
- Participate in WAR ROOM sessions
Requirements
What you’ll need- Degree in a technology-related field
- CCNA certification
- Advanced English proficiency preferred
- Expertise in routing troubleshooting and fault investigation
- Experience analyzing proxies (Skyhigh)
- Experience analyzing DDoS protection solutions (Arbor)
- Experience with Tetration
- Experience managing and configuring BGP/OSPF/HSRP/QoS/ACL
