About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Represent the company to the client and ensure the contract delivers all SLAs and KPIs with high quality, a fully staffed team, and financial stability
Serve as the single point of contact for the client’s Contract Management team, leading Critical Review Meetings (RACs)
Monitor KPIs, the Quality Factor, and monthly measurement; propose action plans to address deviations
Manage personnel, including workforce planning, schedules, on-call coverage, replacement of professionals within 30 days, and certification tracking
Oversee the contract’s administrative, financial, contractual, and HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) functions
Coordinate service transition in and out

Requirements

What you’ll need

Completed bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field
Professional experience in IT
Valid ITIL® 4 Foundation certification
Valid PMP® or PMI-ACP® certification
