About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Work on founders' priorities, reporting to the Chief of Staff
Take topics the CEO and CTO cannot handle themselves and bring each to a usable result
Study new verticals and countries, including market size, competitors, and market-entry requirements
Run product and competitive benchmarks
Provide structured recommendations to the founders
Test growth strategies and run experiments
Build target account and call lists for the US sales team
Produce sales enablement materials
Help build finance reports and models
Run analyses needed for founder decisions
Map relevant public bodies, health authorities, and professional organizations in France and the US
Prepare founder meetings with briefs, position notes, and follow-ups
Monitor AI-in-healthcare regulation and public debate
Develop CEO and CTO branding through LinkedIn posts, talks, and events
Track audience performance and adjust content
Potentially take on recruiting, internal operations, brand, and communications topics
Deliver projects and recurring topics independently, including growth experiments with measured recommendations

Requirements

What you’ll need

Final-year student at a top-tier engineering or business school
Looking for a 6-month end-of-studies internship starting in January 2027
Have already built something: run a student society, launched a project, or worked in a demanding environment such as a startup, bank, or consulting firm
Fluent in French and English
Able to understand quickly and turn vague questions into structured answers with recommendations
Very autonomous and organized; able to manage up, raise blockers early, and follow up independently
Entrepreneurial, familiar with the startup world, interested in technology, and wanting to start a company one day
AI literate and understand how an AI product works
Able to move easily between teams in Paris and New York
Willing to work at least 3 days a week in the Paris office
