About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Launch and scale Vocca’s US revenue engine
  • Own the full sales cycle end-to-end for healthcare groups and multi-site provider organizations
  • Sell Vocca’s AI voice agent for patient calls, appointment scheduling, rescheduling, urgency triage, and reduced missed calls
  • Conduct outbound sequences, discovery calls, and product demos
  • Coordinate customer onboarding with Operations, including kickoff, setup, training, and go-live
  • Close initial deals and document learnings
  • Build a pipeline with 30+ active opportunities across stages within 90 days
  • Create and iterate US-ready messaging, call scripts, and email/LinkedIn sequences
  • Coordinate with Operations and Product to ensure smooth deployments and strong early outcomes
  • Provide field insights to influence product and roadmap decisions
  • Lead complex, multi-stakeholder healthcare-group deals, including security and integration reviews
  • Help define the US sales playbook, including ICP, MEDDICC-style process, pricing/packaging, ROI story, and procurement
  • Own strategic accounts, including expansion and renewals
  • Help scale the team through interviewing, onboarding, and coaching

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 3+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience (SDR, AE, or BizDev), ideally with full-cycle closing
  • Ability to run discovery, demos, and negotiations rigorously
  • Ability to close mid-market to enterprise deals
  • Comfort with outbound calls, email, and LinkedIn
  • Ability to create pipeline from scratch
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, demanding, iterative startup environment with high ownership
  • Experience selling into healthcare provider organizations or adjacent health tech is a strong plus
  • Experience navigating security/compliance and integration stakeholders is a strong plus
  • Experience with Attio, Notion, Slack, Apollo, or equivalent is a strong plus
  • Existing network in US healthcare operations is a strong plus
  • Willingness to work at least 3 days per week in the Manhattan office
  • Must be able to work in the US; immigration sponsorship requirements are assessed during application
