About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Own the full technical journey of customers from presales through ongoing operations
Serve as the primary technical point of contact between voize and customer IT teams
Support presales calls by assessing infrastructure, identifying blockers, and guiding evaluations
Validate infrastructure and configure secure customer setups
Troubleshoot issues across systems, networks, browsers, interfaces, APIs, infrastructure, and devices
Support technical scaling, including growing user bases and infrastructure changes
Document setups and technical handoffs for smooth internal collaboration
Identify recurring issues and contribute to internal tools, documentation, and processes
Support customers using voize’s AI companions that streamline digital workflows for healthcare professionals

Requirements

What you’ll need

Several years of experience as a Linux or Windows Administrator
Expert Windows/Linux system administration and network configuration skills, including firewalls, proxies, routing, MDMs, and APIs
Solid experience with virtualisation, Docker, web servers such as Nginx and IIS, and load balancing
Excellent troubleshooting skills across APIs, browsers, infrastructure, and devices
Clear communication with empathy for technical and non-technical users
Proactive, self-directed, and skilled in documentation and technical handoffs
Experience with start-ups will help you thrive in this role
German at C2 level or higher
English at C1 level or higher for internal communication
Legal right to work in Germany; no visa or sponsorship support
Registered and living in Germany
